ORDERS WITHIN COSTA RICA:
* Delivery times vary depending on the city of destination, usually between 1-6 business days from the date you proceed your order.
* Same-day delivery is currently available if the shipping address is within the GAM.
* You can contact us directly at info@secondapiel.com to arrange in-office pick-up if the item is available.
* Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order information and details. Once the order is processed and ready to ship, another email will be sent.
* Shipping within the GAM has a flat rate cost of $6 USD, and for orders outside de GAM, shipping has a flat rate cost of $9 USD.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- In the case of any delays or issues regarding your order, you will be notified by email.
- Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination, usually between 3-15 business days from the date of shipment.
- Same-day delivery is currently unavailable for international orders.
- International shipping has a flat rate cost of $40 USD for orders under $400 USD. Shipping is complimentary for orders over $400 USD.
- Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are not added to your order total in the checkout and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment to the destination country. Seconda Piel is NOT responsible for any duties and/or taxes.
